CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER – CAPE TOWN

An established construction company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.

Minimum Requirements:

Must reside in Cape Town.
Must be currently unemployed and available to start immediately.
Proven construction project management experience (CV and contactable references required).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.
Daily reporting on project progress.
Experience in project budgeting, cost control, negotiating subcontractor pricing, and managing daily wages for casual labour.
Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Must have own reliable transport, laptop, and mobile phone.
Package:

Total Cost to Company: R25,000 per month
Fuel allowance provided.
