Administration Manager – Debt Review (NCR Environment)
Location: Century City, Cape Town
Employment Type: Full-Time
Dynamique HR Consultants is recruiting on behalf of DebtXchange, a well-established, medium-sized Debt Review company. We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee and manage all operational administration departments within the business.
This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for ensuring efficiency, compliance, service quality, and performance throughout the entire debt review lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of all administration departments.
Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act (NCA) and NCR guidelines.
Drive SLA adherence and improve case progression efficiency.
Monitor proposal acceptance rates and court turnaround times.
Improve operational productivity and eliminate process bottlenecks.
Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and team leaders.
Prepare and report on operational performance metrics and KPIs.
Manage escalations involving credit providers and legal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Debt Review environment.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior management role.
Strong understanding of the complete debt review lifecycle.
Proven experience managing multiple operational teams.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Advantageous
Registered NCR Debt Counsellor (required).
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
