About the Role

BEE Certification SA is seeking a detail-oriented B-BBEE Verification Analyst to conduct B-BBEE verification assessments and ensure compliance with the B-BBEE Codes, SANAS requirements, and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct B-BBEE verifications for EME, QSE, and Generic entities.
Review financial statements, payroll, procurement data, and supporting documents.
Perform onsite and remote verification interviews.
Prepare verification files, scorecards, and reports.
Liaise with clients throughout the verification process.
Ensure compliance with applicable Codes and SANAS requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Sound knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
Advantageous

Experience with a SANAS-accredited verification agency.
Knowledge of Sector Codes.
Experience conducting onsite verifications.
Financial statement and payroll analysis experience.
