Role Overview

Omny Media Group is seeking a Senior Brand Strategist with at least 6 years of agency experience to lead strategic planning for integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives. The role combines brand strategy, client leadership, creative collaboration, and mentoring, with a focus on delivering measurable business results for regional and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop integrated brand, marketing, and communication strategies.
Translate business challenges into insight-led strategic recommendations.
Conduct consumer, market, and competitor research.
Lead strategic workshops and create audience segmentation and customer journey strategies.
Write creative briefs and guide creative teams throughout campaign development.
Build trusted relationships with senior clients and present strategic recommendations.
Mentor junior strategists and contribute to agency thought leadership and new business pitches.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 6 years' experience in brand strategy, strategic planning, or a similar role within an advertising, communications, or integrated marketing agency.
Experience working with regional, multinational, or blue-chip brands.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (Psychology, Economics, or Sociology also considered with relevant experience).
Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
