Description
Call Centre Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, promoting the company's products and services, and achieving sales targets. Full training will be provided.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00, when required.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 100 outbound dial attempts per day.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Prioritise campaigns as instructed by the Line Manager.
Provide daily updates on campaign progress.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Answer client enquiries and maintain accurate client records.
Report any queries or assistance required to the Line Manager.
Promote the company's products and services professionally.
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the employer.
Requirements
No previous experience is required.
Full training will be provided.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Remuneration
This position offers a basic salary plus a commission structure, providing the opportunity to earn additional income based on individual sales performance.
