About the Role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Training Facilitator to prepare aspiring nannies and childcare professionals with the knowledge and practical skills needed to provide safe, nurturing and professional childcare.

Training will be delivered through both classroom-based and online learning.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate classroom, practical and online training sessions.

Deliver training in childcare, child development, infant and toddler care, nutrition, hygiene, child safety, first aid awareness, and workplace professionalism.

Deliver training in child play and stimulation skills.

Prepare lesson plans and training materials.

Assess learner progress through practical and written assessments.

Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to learners.

Maintain learner attendance records and training documentation.

Support learners in becoming work-ready.

Minimum Requirements

Computer skills are mandatory.

Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development (ECD), Childcare or a related field.

Minimum 5 years' practical experience in childcare, an ECD centre, nursery school or a similar environment.

Previous training or facilitation experience will be advantageous.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other online learning platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
