Description

Purpose of the Position
To maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment within the branch, workshop, yard, offices, and storage areas while assisting with general operational duties as required.

Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning and Housekeeping
Sweep, mop, and clean all offices, workshops, stores, kitchens, toilets, and common areas.
Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse in designated areas.
Clean windows, doors, counters, shelving, and workstations.
Maintain cleanliness of customer-facing areas and reception.
Ensure ablution facilities are cleaned and stocked throughout the day.
Keep outdoor areas, parking areas, and walkways clean and free from hazards.
Yard and Workshop Support
Assist with cleaning tools, equipment, and machinery as directed.
Wash company vehicles, trailers, and equipment when required.
Assist with loading and offloading tools and equipment.
Keep storage areas organized and free from obstructions.
Assist with stock movement under supervision.
Health and Safety
Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or hazards immediately.
Wear required PPE at all times.
Assist in maintaining a safe and tidy workplace.
General Duties
Assist customers when requested by management.
Support workshop and hire staff with general tasks.
Perform basic labour duties as instructed.
Attend training and staff meetings when required.
Carry out any reasonable instruction related to the company's operations.

Minimum Requirements

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
