Description

We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and hardworking Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Our business operates from Randburg, Rosebank, and Fourways.

Key Responsibilities

General property maintenance and repairs.
Plumbing, electrical, and basic electronic repairs.
Computer troubleshooting and general IT support.
Preventative maintenance to ensure all facilities remain in excellent condition.
Identify and solve maintenance issues efficiently and professionally.
Work closely with management and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of all properties.
Assist with additional operational duties when required, beyond normal daily responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

Experience in general maintenance.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, electronic, and basic computer repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Disciplined, reliable, and consistent work ethic.
Fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Valid South African driver's licence (essential).

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and skills. Performance and demonstrated ability will be reviewed, with opportunities for salary increases as your responsibilities and skills grow.
