Kitchen Assistant/Cleaner – Coffee Shop & Art Gallery

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant / Cleaner to join our team. This role is split between assisting in our small coffee shop and helping maintain the cleanliness of our art gallery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen duties.

Prepare hot and cold beverages when required.

Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised.

Help maintain a clean and welcoming coffee shop environment.

Assist with cleaning and maintaining the gallery, including exhibition spaces, offices, and public areas.

Restock supplies and assist with general daily operations.

Follow all food hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, kitchen, or cleaning role is an advantage.

Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised environment.

Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

Physically fit and willing to assist wherever needed.
