Aura Thai Spa is a luxury wellness and beauty destination committed to providing exceptional customer service in a calm, professional, and welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and highly organised receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
Manage appointments using the spa booking system.
Confirm bookings and send appointment reminders.
Process client payments and issue receipts.
Open and close the reception area each day.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area.
Assist with retail product sales and recommend suitable products.
Monitor and replenish reception stock and supplies.
Coordinate therapist schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality.
Support the Spa Manager with general administrative duties.

Requirements

Previous reception, administration, hospitality, or customer service experience (spa or salon experience is advantageous).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office and booking systems).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in a spa, salon, hotel, or wellness environment.
Sales experience and confidence recommending products and treatments.
Knowledge of booking systems and POS systems.
Experience handling cash and card transactions.
