Our Billing Advisors help UK businesses ensure they're billed correctly for their energy. Through detailed investigations, industry expertise and outstanding customer care, we've recovered over £10 million for our customers.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 SA Time (non-negotiable)

This is an office-based role in Johannesburg and is NOT a remote position (non-negotiable).

This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

Experience & Skills

You'll ideally have:
• Previous customer service experience.
• Billing, invoice validation or related experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong numerical skills and confidence working with data.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
