Construction Manager

We are specialist in Interior Fit Outs and Tenant Installations for Banks, Offices, Restaurants and Hotels.

We are searching for experienced construction mangers with interior fit out /tenant installations; with clean credit, under 55 yrs.

Computer literate, word, excel, outlook and MS Projects.

Must be able to read a BOQ and drawings, order materials and manage
subcontractors, chair site meetings and contractor meetings.

A good effective communication routine is not negotiables.
