Description

We looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver/General Maintenance Assistant for a contract position on various construction and maintenance projects in Cape Town.

Requirements

Valid South African driver's licence (Code B minimum)
Minimum 3 years' driving experience
Able to drive a manual bakkie
Physically fit and willing to perform manual labour
Reliable, honest and punctual
Good knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas
Construction or maintenance experience will be an advantage
Sober habits
Available to start immediately

Duties

Transport staff, tools and materials to and from project sites
Collect materials from suppliers
Assist with loading and unloading
Assist construction teams with plumbing, tiling, painting and general maintenance where required
Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment
Carry out general site duties as instructed

Weekly remuneration (depending on experience)
