Role:

The Financial Advisor will build and maintain client relationships, understand clients' financial needs and objectives, conduct consultations, recommend appropriate financial solutions, develop and manage a client portfolio, generate new business, follow up with prospects and existing clients, maintain client records, work toward agreed targets, and stay informed about financial products, industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Identify clients' financial needs and objectives

Conduct client consultations

Provide appropriate financial solutions

Develop and manage your own client portfolio

Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals

Follow up with prospective and existing clients

Maintain accurate client records

Work toward business/sales targets

Keep up to date with financial products and regulatory developments

Participate in ongoing professional development

Minimum requirements

Matric (Grade 12)

Qualification in Finance or Marketing advantageous

Valid driver's licence + own vehicle

Clear ITC and criminal record

South African ID

Currently residing in Johannesburg/Pretoria

Goal-driven and self-motivated

Valid RE5 certificate

Previous Financial Advisory/Wealth Management /Sales experience advantageous.
