The Mill and Press Restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in the Woodstock/Observatory area of Cape Town.
Position Details:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday
07:30 – 16:00
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef (café-style food essential)
Strong knowledge of food preparation, portion control, and kitchen prep
Well-organised with good communication skills
Broad knowledge of café-style menus
Well-presented with high hygiene standards
Energetic and able to work well under pressure
Available immediately for interview and trial period
