We are currently recruiting a Manager for our Retail
Store based in Chatsworth. Applicants must be able to oversee daily operations, all functions and activities performed within the store, to train and supervise all staff in these functions, to drive sales, have the ability to work under pressure, multi task and solve problems.
We are looking for applicants from Chatsworth and surrounds who have completed matric, have wholesale and retail experience and are computer literate.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:-

Recruiting and training, motivating and disciplining staff

Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures

Implement and oversee security operations, correct handling of cash and banking

Oversee receiving and storage of stock and store lay out

Oversee pricing and stock control

Resolving customer complaints & queries

Ensure compliance with labour, health & safety & operational regulations

Ensure staff productivity & compliance with company policy

Maintain proper & accurate records

Analysing system & financial records & monitoring for errors or risks

Managing cash flow & ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures regarding cash

Meeting sales targets & maximizing profitability

Liaising with head office
