Hire Resolves client is looking for a skilled Technician to join their company.

The company is launching a new range of industrial floor cleaning machines and is seeking a highly competent Technician with proven experience in this specialist industry.

This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who understands the technical demands of the cleaning equipment sector and can support both pre- and post-sales service requirements.

Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair industrial floor cleaning machines (walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, etc.).
Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues on-site and in the workshop.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machines.
Provide technical support to the sales team and customer base.
Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and warranty documentation.
Train end-users and clients on proper machine use and maintenance routines.
Support stock management of spares and consumables.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ technical experience in the floor cleaning equipment industry.
Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and battery-powered cleaning machines.
Trade-tested technician or equivalent technical qualification preferred but not essential
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
