Description

We need someone who understands the butchery business and is capable of taking responsibility for the day-to-day running and management of the butchery.

Manage the daily operations of the butchery.

Supervise, Manage and motivate butchery staff.

Ensure staff follow proper hygiene, Food safety and Workplace Procedures.

Oversee receiving, handling , cutting, packing and display of meat.

Ensure products are prepared and presented to a high standard.

Manage stock Levels and Ensure accurate stock control.

Be hands-on and willing to assist the team when needed.

Most importantly, We are looking for someone who is hands-on, Trustworthy, Experienced and capable of running the butchery as if it were their own.

Location: Pietermaritzburg/Kwazulu-Natal

Salary: Negotiable.
