NextMove Collective is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing online team as a Remote Team Leader.

No previous experience is required. Training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate

• Active WhatsApp number

• Good communication skills

• Driven and self-motivated

• Comfortable training and supporting team members

• Able to complete basic data processing and administrative tasks

• Consistent and reliable

• Interested in building and supporting a team

• Comfortable working independently from a smartphone or desktop

• Available to attend scheduled conference calls and training sessions

The role involves learning our programme, connecting with new people, supporting team members, following up with prospects, completing basic administrative duties and helping to grow an online network.

Training will be provided before you get started, so what matters most is having the right attitude, being willing to learn and being able to follow instructions.
