MINIMUM SELECTION CRITERIA
Minimum Education Grade 12
Computer literate (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel)
Must be able to prepare invoices for installations and servicing of alarm systems.
Must be able to book appointments (installations, service, and link ups)
Must be able to handle client complaints.
Ordering and maintaining stock and ensuring technicians receive correct stock for installations.
Creating job cards
Knowledge of Seon and serv craft system (advantageous)
Must be confident working on own initiative.
Assist with technician’s timesheets.
