Junior HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Personnel Required

(Works Directly under HR Manager)

Assist with the monitoring of the HSSE-relevant scope
Conduct spot workplace and vehicle safety inspections. (Monthly)
Assist with incident, accident, and near-miss reporting and investigations. Documentation - Tracking - processing
Maintain files - HSSE records, registers and documentation tracking
Assist with toolbox talks, safety inductions and monthly awareness programs
Monitor compliance with company safety procedures and applicable legislation. - Report all non-compliance to the HR Manager
Assist with risk assessments and corrective-action follow-ups. Action Tracker
Support internal audits and compliance inspections. - Documentation tracking
Perform general HSSE administrative and operational duties as required.
Tracking of Monthly Key Performance Indicators - Report all highs & lows to the HR Manager
Daily calendar & email tracking - HR Manager

Must be:
- Computer Literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Reside in Durban
- 6 Day Work Shift
- Previous HSSE Experience/ Training
- Good Communication & Organizational Skills
- Own Transport
- Sober Habits
