WE ARE HIRING – E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

Location: South Africa

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain online stores and product listings.

Upload new products, descriptions, pricing, and images.

Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate.

Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.

Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.

Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.

Assist with online marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media.

Analyse sales data and prepare performance reports.

Ensure an excellent online shopping experience for customers.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital sales.

Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Advantageous:

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO.

Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).

Knowledge of online marketplaces such as Takealot, Amazon, or eBay.
