Luxury Wine Estate | Stellenbosch
An established luxury wine estate is seeking an experienced and professional Head Waiter to join its hospitality team.
Salary: R15,000 per month plus tips
Requirements:
Matric certificate
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience within an upmarket restaurant, hotel or wine estate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and guest-service abilities
Professional appearance and manner
Must be a South African citizen
Must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
