SITE MANAGER – ELECTRONIC SECURITY

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team in the Electronic Security industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on management role where you will work alongside your team while overseeing daily site operations, technical quality, planning and progress.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise installation teams of approximately 2–7 technicians
Coordinate daily site activities and allocate work to technicians
Ensure installations are completed according to technical drawings, specifications and project requirements
Monitor project progress, quality and deadlines
Liaise with construction teams, contractors, clients and other relevant stakeholders
Ensure site safety requirements and company standards are maintained
Assist with technical problem-solving, fault-finding and basic commissioning
Manage materials, equipment and general site requirements
Provide leadership, guidance and support to technicians
Report on site progress, challenges and project requirements
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Electronic Security industry
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Fire Detection Systems
Previous experience as a Senior Technician, Team Leader or Site Manager
Experience managing teams of 2–7 technicians
Construction site management experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans
Basic commissioning experience
Strong leadership, planning and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's licence
Willingness to travel as required
