WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential requirements:

Must reside in the Upper Highway area.

Good computer skills and confidence working with technology.

Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans to communicate with management, suppliers and clients.

Strong mathematical ability, with good Mathematics marks on your matric results. A copy of your matric certificate must be supplied to verify your results, as the position involves frequent calculations, measurements and production specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

A responsible, organised and proactive approach to work.

The ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well within a team.

The energy and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced production environment.

ADVANTAGEOUS — BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

Previous digital printing or print production experience.

Knowledge of Adobe design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.

Experience with graphic design, artwork preparation and print-ready files.

Understanding of CMYK, RGB, Pantone colours, colour matching and print specifications.

Familiarity with paper types, printing methods, file formats, image resolution and colour management.

Don't have printing experience yet? That's okay! We will provide the technical training needed to develop your skills. What matters most is your computer knowledge, mathematical ability, attention to detail, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
