The role

Make calls to USA customers
Complete Hot Key Transfers and follow scripts
Log calls accurately and meet quality targets
Work shifts that match USA time zones

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English
Clear phone voice (US customer-facing)
Matric / Grade 12
Call centre or customer service experience (advantage)
Able to work from the Umhlanga office every shift
Able to work nights / USA hours
Must be available for training
