Sugar Charm Desserts is preparing to open its doors at one of the new centers in PMB , and we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our founding team.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. Senior Counter Assistant / Shift Leader**

- Assist with daily shop operations and customer service.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions.
- Coordinate counter staff and ensure smooth service.
- Assist with stock control, opening and closing procedures.

2. Dessert Counter Assistants

- Serve ice cream and prepare freshly made waffles.
- Prepare slushies and other dessert orders.
- Assist with toppings, packaging and product presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and excellent customer service standards.

3. Full-Time Pastry Chef

- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries and desserts in-house.
- Decorate cakes and maintain consistent product quality.
- Manage production planning, portion control and ingredient usage.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Friendly, presentable and customer-oriented individuals.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail food environment.
- Previous retail, hospitality or food-service experience is an advantage.
- Relevant pastry qualifications and practical baking experience are required for the pastry chef position.
