VRM Accounting Services Inc, apart of the VM Group of Companies that has been in existence for over 25 years, is urgently seeking a TAXATION MANAGER.

We are based in Reservoir Hills, Durban.

Only applicants with the relevent experience will be considered.

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead and grow our tax division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the tax team and department workflow.
• Oversee tax compliance, SARS matters, audits, objections & appeals.
• Manage key client relationships and provide tax advisory support.
• Drive tax planning, advisory services and business growth.
• Monitor departmental revenue, profitability and performance.
• Ensure deadlines, quality control and compliance standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• BCom Accounting, Taxation, Law or equivalent.
• 5–7 years’ relevant tax experience.
• 2–3 years’ management/supervisory experience.
• Strong SARS eFiling and tax compliance experience.
• Experience managing clients and SARS disputes.
• Registered Tax Practitioner / SAIT membership advantageous.
