KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Location: Bellville South, Mega Park

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 16:00

Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00

Please note that during peak seasons, you may be required to work later on certain days to meet production deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and manufacture sauces according to approved recipes.
* Follow the approved production schedule.
* Accurately measure, mix, cook, and package products.
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
* Assist with stock takes.
* Assist with packing stock into freezers.
* Assist with picking and loading orders.

Job Requirements

* Must be a South African citizen.
* Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
* Must be able to follow recipes accurately.
* Must be well-spoken and able to communicate in English.
* Must be physically fit and strong.
* Must be able to work well in a team.
* Must have no criminal record.
* Must be able to commute to Bellville South, Mega Park.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preference will be given to male candidates due to the physical nature of the role.
