Sales Call Centre Agent
Job Summary:
Responsible for contacting customers, generating sales, following up on enquiries and providing basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
* Follow up on customer enquiries and outstanding orders.
* Promote products, specials and ongoing promotions.
* Assist customers with product information and orders.
* Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
* Assist with basic administrative duties and data capturing.
* Respond to customer queries professionally.
* Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Good communication and telephone skills.
* Sales or call centre experience is an advantage.
* Basic computer skills.
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
* Target-driven, confident and customer-focused.
