Sales Representative – Food Service Industry – Edible Oil
Location: Hybrid remote – Bellville South, Western Cape
Salary: R10,000 per month, commission structure and use of company vehicle during business hours

Job Summary

Supa Oils is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the food service or FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, increasing sales revenue, and building long-term relationships with restaurants, takeaways, caterers, hotels, and other food service customers throughout the Western Cape.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, identifying opportunities, closing deals, and contributing directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow Supa Oils' sales revenue by acquiring new customers and increasing business with existing accounts.
• Visit current, former, and prospective customers on a regular basis.
• Convert sales prospects into loyal, repeat-buying customers.
• Promote and market Supa Oils' products and services during customer visits.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities that can support future product and service development.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales activity reports.
• Represent Supa Oils professionally and uphold the company's reputation in the market.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' FMCG sales experience (food service industry experience is highly advantageous).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Own reliable vehicle (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel within the Western Cape.
