Description
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team in the construction/electrical industry. The role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
General office administration and filing
Answering calls and handling correspondence
Assisting with project documentation, quotations, and invoicing
Maintaining and updating records, timesheets, and job cards
Coordinating with site teams, suppliers, and management
Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure projects run smoothly
Requirements
Previous experience in administration (construction/electrical industry experience is an advantage)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Punctual and reliable (early start at 6:30 AM)
