Job Summary

The Role: Seeking a reliable and computer-literate Admin & Sales Assistant for an established company in Alrode. You will support both customer-facing and internal administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Handle calls, enquiries, and order collections.
• Sales Admin: Process customer orders, issue tax invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Procurement Admin: Place supplier orders and prepare payment documentation.
• Office Support: Perform filing, data entry, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar admin/sales support role.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

This is a junior role with opportunities for growth and development within the AF Fans Group. The salary range is R6,000 – R8,000, depending on experience.
