Job Summary

OrangeStreet is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join and support our Sales Team and internal operations. With a minimum 3-4 years' experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, effective communication, and accurate record-keeping across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Admin Support
Monitor and follow up on processed orders in our order and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and completion.
Manage and update ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) details in the order system.
Receive supplier bills and verify alignment with purchase orders.
Upload bills, serial numbers, and PODs to the order system and enter into accounting system.
Communicate order statuses and updates clearly to the sales team.
Update and manage assigned tasks within the order system.
Assist with overflow of sales quotes when needed.
Administrative Tasks
Reconcile and verify vendor accounts regularly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Debtors and Creditors records.
Vet and add new client accounts for approval.
Prepare and send monthly statements via email.
Provide administrative support to Financial Manager, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
Assist with debt collection as required.
Participate in stock takes and maintain inventory accuracy.
General Office Support
Front Office receiving Stock and assisting Clients
Answer phones,
Provide general office support.
