Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Durban.

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, including managing phone calls, coordinating schedules, organizing documents, and maintaining office records.

The role includes assisting executives with administrative tasks, preparing basic reports, handling correspondence, and supporting internal communication across teams.

The Administrative Assistant helps ensure the office runs smoothly by managing clerical duties, welcoming visitors, and supporting logistics-related administrative processes as needed.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office operations and documentation.
Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and team members.
Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience or capabilities to support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Candidates should possess solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should possess proficiency with office software (such as email, word processing, and spreadsheets) and basic data entry skills.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in office administration or a related field is beneficial.
Candidates should possess reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work on-site in Durban as part of a collaborative team.
Candidates need to have transport to and from the workplace
