Key Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support to management and sales teams
Handle client communication via phone and email professionally
Process invoices, credit notes, and warranty claims accurately
Maintain company records, databases, and filing systems
Assist with stock control and supplier coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in the automotive/spares industry will be an advantage)

Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, and invoicing systems)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
