We are recruiting an Administrator to join our Vehicle Re-Marketing team, based at an Operation Centre in Gauteng.

This Vehicle Re-Marketing team perform an important role, ensuring that they achieve the maximum value for vehicles in auction. With a keen eye for detail, the team check that our images meet our high standards and all the information that we hold about the vehicle is correct.

Vehicle Re-marketing Administrator supports the Vehicle Re-marketing teams that are based in both both Johannesburg city & Midrand Operations Centres, with internal and external communications, reports and data entry.

Responsibilities Include:

Liaising with our external customers and their representatives
Efficiently dealing with both incoming and outgoing queries by email and phone, to ensure a high level of productivity
Consistently improving and delivering a customer experience to the highest standard
Running daily reports to support daily tasks & processes for the Vehicle Re-marketing teams
Distributing tasks and requests received into the team inbox
Raising purchase orders for services charges to our sellers
Answering incoming calls from internal and external clients

What we need from you:

Previous experience in an administrative role
Great written communication skills
Previous experience in the motor trade or insurance industry would be preferable, but is not essential
Confident in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
Strong attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic and self- motivated
