Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Aluminium Fabricator
to join our production team. You will be responsible for manufacturing,
assembling, and installing aluminium architectural systems to high standards of precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication:
Cut, shape, drill, and assemble aluminium profiles for products such as
windows, sliding doors, shopfronts, and curtain walls.
Reading Drawings:

Accurately read and interpret technical drawings, cutting
lists, and blueprints.

Hardware & Glazing:

Fit locks, handles, gaskets, and glass into aluminium
frames according to specification. Equipment

Operation:
Safely and efficiently operate power tools and machinery
(e.g., mitre saws, copy routers, punch tools, and hydraulic presses).

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products for defects, ensure precise
measurements, and guarantee products meet company and industry standards.
Site Work (Optional/Role Specific): Conduct on-site measurements and
install finished aluminium and glass systems.

Maintenance & Safety: Maintain tools and machinery, report mechanical faults,
and comply with all health and safety regulations on the factory floor or
on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in aluminium window and door
fabrication.

Technical Skills:

Strong technical understanding of aluminium fabrication
processes (Crimping, Corner Cleating, etc.).

System Knowledge:

Familiarity with local and international aluminium systems
(e.g., Wispeco, Crealco,

Physical Fitness:

Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, stand for long
periods, and work in a fast-paced factory environment.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy with measuring tools and tape
measures.

MUST RESIDE IN PRETORIA (NOT NEGOTIABLE), OWN TRANSPORT IS AN ADVANTAGE, MUST BE
SOUTH AFRICANOR HAVE A VALID WORK PERMIT , VALID DRIVERS LICENCE IS AN ADVANTAGE
