Role Overview:

As an Artisan Diesel Fitter/Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of diesel engines and equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our fleet operates efficiently and safely, contributing to our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on diesel engines and associated systems.

· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Compressors and Construction tools.

· Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.

· Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.

· Adhere to safety regulations and best practices in all tasks.

Qualifications:

· Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Technician).

· Proven experience working with diesel engines

· Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Valid driver’s license code 8

· Must be reliable, have a good track record, self-motivated and honest

· Of sober habits very important
