ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER CANDYS GENTLEMENS CLUB

We are looking for a young, dynamic, energetic and reliable person to join our management team and grow with the company.

This is a hands-on position for someone willing to learn all aspects of running and managing a gentlemens club. You must be prepared to be on your feet, take initiative and jump in wherever assistance is needed.

Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting the Manager on Duty
* Opening & closing procedures
* Supervising bar, kitchen, floor & door operations
* Supporting staff & entertainers
* Assisting with stage lighting, sound & entertainment
* Stock control & cash-up assistance
* General operational and quality checks

Any IT, computer, POS, sound or technical knowledge even at a basic or hobby level is a definite advantage.

We are looking for someone who is professional, loyal, punctual, dependable and willing to learn and grow.

Due to the late working hours, candidates must have reliable transport arrangements. Having your own vehicle and a valid drivers licence is a definite advantage.
