Experienced Automotive Service Advisor Wanted for Workshop in Jacobs

Key Requirements:

- Booking in Vehicles and identifying customer needs

- Opening and managing job cards

- Preparing quotes and obtaining authorizations' from customers

- Following up on parts, approvals and outstanding work.

- Good Communication skills needed: to keep customers updated/Work with suppliers and communicate with technician's.

- Good Mechanical knowledge and undertaking of Vehicle repairs.

- Good Computer and administrative skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multi task in fast paced environment

Minimum requirements:

Previous service Advisor experience in the motor industry

Grade 12

Valid driver's License
