Description:

We are looking for reliable, hardworking bakery staff to join our team at Klein Joostenberg. Applicants must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Duties include:

- Mixing, kneading and preparing dough for bread, rolls and other artisanal baked goods.
- Weighing ingredients and following recipes to maintain consistent quality.
- Operating mixers, ovens and other bakery equipment safely.
- Monitoring proving and baking times.
- Preparing, packing and displaying products for the morning trade.
- Keeping equipment and work areas clean and following food hygiene standards.
- Checking stock and helping reduce waste.

Requirements:

- Previous bakery experience, especially with bread and rolls.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good timekeeping, attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of a busy bakery.
- Reliable transport to and from night shifts.
Shift hours: 20h00 to 05h00

Location: Muldersvlei, Stellenbosch

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
