Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible (Bar Supervisor) to oversee daily bar operations and lead the bar team. This role combines hands-on service with supervision, ensuring high standards, smooth shifts, and a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily bar operations and service standards
* Open and close the bar according to procedures
* Lead, support, and supervise bartenders and bar staff
* Handle cash-ups, POS systems, and shift reports
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and wastage control
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
* Handle guest issues and escalate when necessary
* Work closely with Guest Relations and management teams

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good understanding of bar operations and stock control
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent English required (additional languages a plus)
* Availability for evening, night, and weekend shifts
