We are looking for a BARISTA for an exciting new restaurant opening in the vibrant City Bowl of Cape Town. This role is perfectly suited to someone who is technically skilled, remains calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys the rhythm of busy service and the connection with guests.

Core Responsibilities
Coffee Craft: Craft espresso and milk-based coffee with absolute precision, consistency, and respect for the character of the bean.
Guest Engagement: Create a welcoming interaction with guests. Guide them through the coffee offering when appropriate, sharing genuine insight into origin, flavor profile, and preparation.
Station Care: Ensure the coffee station is meticulously organized, clean, and operating efficiently at all times.
Operations & Standards: Contribute to the calm and refined atmosphere of the restaurant through professional, thoughtful, and detailed service.

Experience: Proven barista experience, ideally within a quality café or premium restaurant environment.
Skillset: Skilled, attentive, and quietly confident behind the machine.

What’s on Offer
Salary: ZAR 7,000 – ZAR 10,000 per month (dependent on experience).
