Company based in Assagay, near Hillcrest, is looking for a bookkeeper/administrator/personal assistant - who can start immediately. Hours 8 - 4.
Xero experience an advantage.

Salaries and Wages experience.

Excel advanced.

Responsibility:

Managing office admin on spreadsheets including stock control and orders.

Bookkeeping – transferring suppliers invoices and statements through Dext into Xero. Reconciling accounts to forward to Accountants for month end and Vat.

Managing Salaries on Excel.
