Branch Manager

 

 

The

Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day branch operations,

management of the branch staff. Provides customer services leadership and

guidance to the team. Monitors service quality levels and mentors staff to

achieve goals.

 

Requirements:

 

At least 3

years’ experience in the management of people and resources.

Graduate level

of intellect preferably with a degree in a management discipline or a

professional qualification.

A proven

record of success in mid management level or commercial management,

preferably in a related industry.

 

 

Proven

experience in a managerial position for at least 3 – 5 years

Good

Understanding of performance management

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Excellent

communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Must have

skill in problem solving

Must have

ability to lead and coach cost efficiencies /management behaviors
