National Transport and truck rental company is seeking to employ an experienced Branch Operator to join their team.

Responsibility:
Responsibilities:

Liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availability
Maintain/Arrange services on vehicles
Maintain/Arrange for COF on vehicles
Attending to vehicle licensing
Attending to Abuse on vehicles
Attending to Abuse recovery
Obtaining quotes from Panel beaters for abuse and accident vehicles
Insurance claim / all relevant documents
Create workshop RA’s
- Branch RA’s
Gate passes
Closing details / RA’s
Assist with VMR
Fuel slips, fuel recons
Customer liaison
Workshop liaison
Assist other branches
Fleet pack/month end
Assist contract costing
Responsible for keys in and out to drivers
Petty cash
Arranging Insurance confirmations – and claims
Attending to Traffic fines
Attending to Breakdowns, after hours standby where required
Driver scheduling
Invoicing
After-hours Standby
