Description

As a Branch Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Mthatha, Eastern Cape office. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for staff training, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Automotive car parts or similar experience is required.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Automotive car parts experience is highly advantageous
Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams
Excellent communication and customer relationship management (CRM) skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Proficient in MS Office Suite and sales management software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Tertiary qualifications i.e. bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is highly advantageous
Driver's license, own transport and clear credentials essential
