35 years butchery / meat processing experience
Skilled in meat cutting, portioning & product presentation
Staff supervision & shift management experience
Stock control, ordering, pricing & wastage management
Knowledge of hygiene, health & safety standards
Able to work under pressure & meet daily targets
Honest, reliable & hands on
Strong customer service skills
LIQUOR STORE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
35 years retail or liquor store management experience
Strong liquor product knowledge
Stock ordering, rotation & shrinkage control
Cash-ups, sales targets & reporting
Staff leadership & motivation skills
Knowledge of liquor licensing & compliance
Trustworthy, disciplined & detail-oriented
Able to work weekends & public holidays
