Call Center Agent Needed – Hermanus (On-Site)

Thetha Connect is looking for motivated and professional Call Center Agents to join our on-site team in Hermanus.

If you are confident on the phone, customer-service driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

Duties Include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls
Assisting customers professionally and efficiently
Capturing and updating customer information accurately
Working with customer systems and CRM platforms
Following company procedures and communication standards
Providing reliable customer support

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Strong people and problem-solving skills
Good typing and computer skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Reliable transport to and from work
Previous call center experience advantageous
Medical knowledge beneficial but not required
